*UHD (4K) resolution is only supported when connecting to a USB-C port on a computer using a USB-C to USB-C cable in Port 1 of the Wacom Cintiq Pro 16 (the top left port). Wacom offers mini DisplayPort connectivity using the included Wacom Link adapter which currently supports up to 2K resolution. Conversion of HDMI from the computer to USB-C on the Cintiq Pro 16 at 4K is not technically available at this time.

** Connect either the USB-C cable to a USB-C port supporting DisplayPort Alternate Mode, or use Mini DisplayPort and USB-A together to your computer for optimum performance (up to 3840x2160 resolution (UHD)). Alternatively you can connect to your HDMI and USB-A ports for up to 2650x1440 resolution (QHD) as long as you have a high speed 1m HDMI cable. The Wacom Link Plus also has a USB-C power input so you can connect your Cintiq Pro power cable directly to the Wacom Link Plus for a one-cable solution to your Cintiq Pro 13/16 display.
